Ugam team and Sashakti Fellows spent the cool winter months in KGBV Schools, and importantly, we kickstarted a community intervention program to ensure we reach EVERY girl/woman in Jharkhand. Its early days, and we are on a learning curve. The one thing that excites us the most is young women's leadership!
