We also have lots of classes such as Pilates and various yoga classes to help you stretch, get stronger, fitter and find some much needed calm, inner peace and relaxation. If you love tracking your progress some of our equipment integrates with all your favourite apps including Garmin and Strava. Each of our centres also has Myzone tracking with Myzone Switch discounts online and in centre. And it doesn't stop there...with a BH Live Active multisite membership you can also get exclusive 24/7 access to BH Live Active at Home to workout anywhere, anytime with more than 1,100 on demand and live streamed classes. A BH Live Active multisite membership gives you access to BH Live Active centres. Dorset - Littledown, Pelhams, Queen’s Park, Stokewood, Sir David English and Corfe Mullen.
